Tucker and his crew did an outstanding job on the exterior of our home. They took it from 90’s beige to a fresh, updated look. Their communication was excellent, transparent, and honest. There was no pricing confusion, and we knew exactly what to expect after our walk through with Tucker. They did the job and did it well. Customer service is clearly a high priority to Tucker and his crew, and we appreciated them immensely. We love how it turned out, and get lots of compliments. Exceptional Workmanship and Service! We reached out to Tucker at Maki Painting & Maintenance to prepare a townhome for sale. Tucker responded promptly, met in person and turned the quote around in a day. We experienced competitive pricing, pro-active communication and expert consultation. Maki Painting enameled kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fireplace surround, and stair railings. The crew was expert, communicative, enthusiastic and time after time performed work, (and extra requests), with an absolute can-do attitude. Their work was professional and flawless! They turned a darker feeling kitchen/family room area in to a light, open, larger feeling vibe. Maki Painting's work was so transformative we asked them to enamel our home kitchen and bathroom cabinets! We experienced the same enthusiasm, professionalism, pro-active communication we came to enjoy. When they began their work, the color match wasn't perfect. Tucker removed a peice of trim and matched colors exactly and perfectly on his own initiative! This extra effort is not something all companies would have done. I simply could not give a more glowing review for Maki painting, Tucker, and his incredible staff. They are the best around in both quality and company. They painted a few rooms in my townhome without making a peep and causing little to no disturbance in my day-to-day happenings. His staff was friendly, communicative and so respectful to our space. Plus, they did an unbelievable job! Our house is finally starting to feel like home. 💛 When we finally purchase, they’ll be the first people I call! Maki painting did outstanding work painting our home including fixing an issue with our siding making contact with the roof shingles and sanding our porch floor and ceiling to bring it back to bare wood after we had been experiencing terrible mildew issues. Our home and porch feel brand new again! Tucker was fantastic and his crew was amazing. They did such an excellent job and paid great attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier!!

Tucker and his crew were amazing! We had them paint off-white over our son’s old bright lime green walls and they did a perfect job! Door and trim wood staining was a perfect match with existing, and the wood is simply gorgeous! I can’t wait to have Maki Painting come back again for another project - we are customers for life!!

Tucker and his guys were awesome. They did a great job painting our new house. They were super flexible when our timeline got delayed repeatedly and when we had to move in halfway through them being done. They planned around us being in the space and got everything essential done before we got there. After we moved in, they were incredibly considerate, even sneaking around and whispering when my husband had to sleep before a night shift.

Tucker and his crew did excellent work on our interior painting and enameling all our baseboards, trim, and doors! Can’t wait to have them back to spray the exterior. Tucker even took time to teach me how to set up/use a sprayer so I could spray the chicken coop I built this summer. Couldn’t thank him and his crew enough!

Tucker was fantastic to work with. The team did a terrific job especially since we have several very tall walls. Tucker had smart suggestions along the way and worked with me when I couldn’t make up my mind, he is very patient and helpful. He also provided repair work that seemed out of scope for what they do, but once again jumped in and solved the issues without hesitation. Highly recommend this team!

Maki Painting ended up to be a great experience. They came right away when I requested an estimate. They scheduled the job and showed up when expected. As far as the work that was done, superb! They were here for a couple of days and worked hard.

We hired Maki Painting & Maintenance to remove our popcorn ceilings, paint all of the trim and doors, and paint all of the interior walls immediately after purchasing our home. Five stars for quality, timing, customer service, and overall experience. Tucker helped us choose colors for our living room, foyer, and kitchen cabinets. The enameling work on our cabinets transformed our entire main floor. The crew was courteous, on time every single morning, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Hands down the best crew we've ever had work on our home! Tucker is honest, communicates constantly, and does exceptional work. They repaired damaged drywall and repainted our entire upper level after water damage. You cannot even tell where the repairs were made. Flawless work and fair pricing.

Quality work by a family business with fair prices and good service. Maki Painting painted the exterior siding, soffits, and gutters on our two-story home.
